Events

Organizers are responsible for accurate descriptions, programme, time, venue, age limits, price, and attendance terms. An event may be removed if it violates the law, service rules, or third-party rights.

Ticket purchases

A ticket is valid only for the specified event and session. The organizer states refund, transfer, and exchange terms on the event page before checkout.

Entry

Entry may require a QR code, ticket code, or confirmation on a guest list. Do not share a ticket code: someone else may use it to enter.

Prohibited actions

Using another person's tickets without permission, forging codes, bypassing payment, publishing misleading events, or interfering with the platform or organizers is prohibited.

For an order issue, contact the event organizer first. If it remains unresolved, contact support with the order number and a description of the situation.
